Gift cards are issued electronically and can be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law). Please keep your gift card code secure as it may be treated like cash.

We dispatch orders from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on our website are estimates only and may vary due to carrier networks, peak periods, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply to resend.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (such as personal care products) may have return restrictions unless faulty.
