Shipping information

 Our transit times are: 

  • Standard delivery - 2 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery - 1 to 4 business days
  • Brisbane next day delivery available (not guaranteed)

Please note we fulfil orders within 24 - 48 hours or less. You will receive the tracking number within days after your purchase. 

Deliveries will be made by post or by a delivery carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery of your order.

Order insurance & signature delivery is optional. This service requires a signature of the receiver. If the receiver is not available the parcel will be dropped at the local post office for collection.

Standard delivery: The parcel will be sent as standard post service which means the parcel will be left if it is safe to do so. If unsuccessful to leave the parcel, the courier or post will take the parcel back to the local post office for collection. Standard delivery do not require signature and it is marked as: Authority to leave by default. 

If we are unable to deliver your order we will notify you to try to arrange an alternative solution. If we have been unable to contact you after 10 days from the first time delivery was attempted, we will cancel your order and refund money paid by you for the products that was ordered after we receive them back, less any shipping charges.

We may deliver the products in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Products are sent at your own risk until signed or received for by you or by any other person at the address you have supplied.

Please allow at least ten (10) working days for delivery from the receipt of your order and payment for your order. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, and your location within Australia, this period may be extended by up to 30 days. We will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of that extension.


If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact us within 24 hours via email at 

Please note we may require photos of the damaged goods and we may decline any claims if we are contacted after 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You can return your damaged product and we can replace it for you free of charge.
