A little black dress, bottled. La Petite Robe Noire first appeared in 2009, and Guerlain gave the idea a bottle to match, reinterpreting the inverted-heart flacon the house created for L'Heure Bleue in 1912 with a small black dress motif and glass that shades from black to powdery pink. Inside, ripe black cherry, almond, berries and bergamot open juicy and playful, Bulgarian and Turkish rose form a velvety heart, and liquorice, patchouli and smoky black lapsang tea give the base a dark, chic finish. Sweet but never childish, it is a Parisian wink in a generous 100mL.
